During the session, children will be introduced to 15 types of Russian folk crafts: Khokhloma, Gorodets, Gzhel, Zhostovo, Mezen, Zhorets, Semikarakorsk, Vologda, Guslitsy, Vladimir-Suzdal painting, Rostov enamel, as well as Palekh, Mstera, Fedoskino, and Kholuy miniatures. The instructor will talk about the features and origin of each. Each participant will choose their favorite type of ornament and paint their own tea bag house with acrylic paints.
The organizers provide all materials: a birch wood blank (90 x 80 x 150 cm), acrylic paints, synthetic brushes, a palette, a water jar, a pencil, and an eraser.
