On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Mayor of the city Nail Magdeev, World War II veteran and home front worker Maria Grigoryevna Rylova received congratulations on her 95th birthday. Representatives of the Central District administration presented congratulatory letters and gifts.
Maria Grigoryevna was born in the village of Zhulanka, Altai Krai. During the Great Patriotic War, she worked at the village council of her native village.
After the war, she moved by assignment to the city of Bekabad, Uzbek SSR, where she worked as an operator at a metallurgical plant until her retirement.
In 1999, she moved for permanent residence to the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
Maria Grigoryevna raised 3 children, has 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" and various jubilee medals.
