Today, the new head was introduced to the staff of the city prosecutor's office: by the order of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Senior Counselor of Justice Artur Rinatovich Abutalipov has been appointed to the position of Prosecutor of Naberezhnye Chelny.
Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nafikov noted that the appointee possesses extensive work experience. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Kazan State University named after V.I. Ulyanov-Lenin with a degree in Jurisprudence. He began his service in the prosecutor's office in 1998 as a senior investigator of the department for supervising the investigation of economic crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan. He has worked in various positions; his last place of work was Prosecutor of the Vakhitovsky District of Kazan.
"This is a specialist in his field, a good partner for the city," Ildus Nafikov noted, addressing the Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny. "Our tasks with the city authorities are the same: ensuring that socio-economic objectives are met; the law is only a tool. Thank you for supporting the prosecutor's office; all issues are being resolved at a high level."
Nail Magdeev thanked Ildus Nafikov for the high assessment of the city authorities' work and noted that in Naberezhnye Chelny, they honor the traditions established by veterans of the prosecutor's service. Thanks to this, a solid foundation for development has been laid.
"According to the results of 2022, we became the best in terms of investment climate in Tatarstan, and among more than 80 PSEDA, the Chelny one became the best in the country; this indicates that a good microclimate has been created for the city to develop. In terms of maintaining public order, we are among the leaders," the mayor noted. "Under the leadership of the city prosecutor, all services work in harmony. It should be noted that there is a good school here; personnel from the Chelny prosecutor's office are in demand in many regions of the Russian Federation, which speaks to their high professionalism."
Artur Abutalipov, in turn, addressed the staff and the city public with words of gratitude for the trust placed in him. "The basis of our activity is ensuring legality and law and order, and coordination of all spheres of activity," he added.
The previously serving Prosecutor of Naberezhnye Chelny Dmitry Erpelev has become the head of the Zelenodolsk City Prosecutor's Office. He thanked the staff and the public for their support.
