For students of the 9 "B" class of School No. 23, an excursion to the KAMAZ Automobile Plant was organized as part of the "Meet the Professionals!" project.
The project is implemented by the "Zaman" youth center and the Youth Council of enterprises and organizations of Naberezhnye Chelny. It is aimed at addressing vocational guidance support for students and popularizing blue-collar and technical professions.
The excursion began at the cab assembly shop. Afterwards, the students proceeded to the main assembly line, where they witnessed the vehicle assembly process from the installation of the powertrain, mounting of wheels, and mating of cabs to the final stage of assembly. The next stage was the completion and vehicle delivery shop, where the assembled vehicles undergo testing.
The most memorable and vivid moment was the presentation of the assembled KAMAZ-54901 truck, inside which everyone could take a personal photo.
The next day, the students took part in the vocational guidance game "A Step into the Profession!". The children had to recall everything they learned during the excursion: about the history of the enterprise, production processes, equipment, and professions.
Based on the results of the game, the "GNV" team won first place, the "TRAKSA" team took second place, and the "KAMAZ" team finished in third place. All participants were awarded certificates and gifts from the Automobile Plant.
At the end of the event, the students met with students from the V.D. Potashov Technical College, who introduced them to the programs and professions taught at this educational institution.
