At the moment, 8 loans have been issued for the restoration of entrepreneurial activities at 1% per annum for a period of 36 months.
Loans have also been approved for four other entrepreneurs. The process of accepting documents at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and providing consultations continues.
Sergey Surich, an entrepreneur, shared that he had processed documents to receive 5 million rubles: "The documents were processed quickly, we are here for the second time. In "Garage 500", we sold auto parts and car mats. The received money will go towards covering debts and purchasing goods. There is optimism."
Natalia Anatolyevna, a guarantor, expressed her gratitude for the assistance provided - both consultative and organizational: "Everything was processed quickly, thanks to our Mayor Nail Gambarovich Magdeev. We learned about the existence of the fund after the emergency. The fund provided great support for business recovery. We hope that everything will work out."
The residents of Chelny who came to the CCI for the operational headquarters today thanked the representatives of the Executive Committee for their prompt reaction. Nina Barabanova, a technician-technologist and tenant, shared that she had been selling toys for over 10 years. "Many thanks to Raisa Sultanova for her work with us: she invited us all, facilitated, helped, and guided us; a huge thank you to her from all those who suffered from the fire," she said. "Almost all of us came to the meeting with Mayor Nail Gambarovich Magdeev, and I want to say that all our questions were listened to, and we were helped in everything. Now I am filling out a loan application."

We are holding consultative meetings with affected entrepreneurs and providing assistance in preparing applications for a concessional loan from the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan with a maximum volume of 70% at a minimum rate of 0.1% commission fee"
General Director of the "CCI of Naberezhnye Chelny, RT" union Farid Basharov noted that thanks to the support of the city mayor and the Executive Committee, the reception of citizens is organized at a very high level: "People come at a specific time, the volume of documents is huge, I see how the employees of the entrepreneurship support fund, the tax office, and the guarantee fund are working. The people affected by the fire are not nervous; we are working in a normal mode. We are working until the last entrepreneur.
