The Emergency Hospital held a medical Council to review performance in 2022 and outline tasks for 2023. It was attended by the Mayor of the city Nail Magdeev, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Svetlana Zakharova, and Head of the city Health Department Alexander Nikolaev.

A report on the work was presented by the Chief Physician Marat Mukhamadeev and Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs Roman Dzhumabaev.

Mayor Nail Magdeev spoke about the socio-economic indicators of the city and thanked the staff for their work, noting that the work on attracting personnel will continue: “Thanks to the support program, we are effectively solving the staffing problem by attracting specialists from other cities. We pay an additional 200 thousand rubles on top of the 800 thousand rubles from the republic. In addition, we found an opportunity to place those who arrive in ready-made furnished apartments.”

The Chief Physician of the Emergency Hospital of Naberezhnye Chelny Marat Mukhamadeev reported that 10 doctors were hired at the BSMU in 2022 as part of the program. At the moment, the staffing level of doctors in the BSMU is 66.12%, and 85.5% for paramedical personnel.

“Thanks to your work as the Mayor of the city, there is a unique grant of 1 million rubles in Naberezhnye Chelny, which does not exist in other cities of the republic and regions. This year, an entire entrance in building 50/01 was allocated for medical specialists who have just arrived in our city and are waiting for housing under social mortgage,” he said.

“In 2022, 14,137 patients from 11 attached districts received medical care within the walls of the BSMU, which is 3% more than in 2021. Almost 1/3 of all coronary angiographies performed in the hospital today are carried out on patients from the districts. This indicates high accessibility of medical care for the residents of these districts. This work should and will be continued,” said Roman Dzhumabaev.

At the end of the event, the best employees of the BSMU received awards.
