Participants can be entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35 whose company or individual entrepreneurship has been registered in Naberezhnye Chelny no earlier than 2021. Participants will be selected through a competition.
Mentors will help young entrepreneurs analyze their business plan, develop a development strategy, and provide consultations on various areas of work (finance, human resources, production, sales, marketing, etc.) throughout the year. The project is launched by "Yedinaya Rossiya" (United Russia) in cooperation with "Partiya Rosta" (Party of Growth).
Among the mentors is a member of the Political Council of the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the All-Russian Political Party "Yedinaya Rossiya", Commercial Director of JSC "Tatprof" Evgeny Rachkov. "I will gladly share my expertise. I do not exclude the possibility that the most interesting projects might be financed, or assistance might be provided in finding funding. There is no need to spend money on 'infogypsies'. There is so much of it, a person wants something and buys an expensive training on the 'successful success' on the internet. They spin a yarn there very beautifully, but not very effectively. But here people have gathered who, perhaps, do not speak so beautifully, but if you need real results, come to this project. And to make it interesting, I would like to announce a challenge among the mentors: whose project will increase profit the most this year, that one of us is the coolest," he said.
You can register for the competition from January 25 to February 15, 2023, by filling out an electronic application. Project participants will be determined by the end of February 2023.
