Stages of the Russian Championship in several disciplines will also be held as part of the Salavat Cup.
The Salavat Cup will traditionally take place on February 25 and 26 at the Hippodrome. A new track has been prepared for the competition this year. Pilots noted that it is not only more difficult and interesting, but also much more spectacular for fans.
On the first day, all organizational events, free practice sessions, and qualifying races will take place. The main races will begin at 14:30. On the second day, February 26, the grand opening ceremony will take place at 12:30, followed by the main and final races.
«A big sports February awaits us, we invite everyone to participate: both as athletes and as spectators, there are competitions for every taste and preference», – emphasized Roman Nasredinov, Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Executive Committee, during a press conference.
