A seminar-meeting with the participation of representatives of construction and design organizations was held in Naberezhnye Chelny.
The event featured speeches by the Head of the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, Vasily Kudryashov, and the Deputy Head of the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, Linar Fatykhov.
The main topics discussed at the meeting included the implementation of state supervision taking into account changes in urban planning legislation, informing legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about the introduction of the State Information System "Standard Cloud Solution for Automation of Control (Supervisory) Activities" (GIS TOR KND), as well as the specifics of regional state control (supervision) in the field of shared-equity construction of apartment buildings and/or other real estate objects in 2023, and current topics of state supervision in the field of construction.
