The staff of the Executive Committee is a structural unit that provides organizational, legal, informational and logistical activities of the Executive Committee.
The main tasks of the Device:
1) Organizational support — preparation and holding of meetings of the Executive Committee, registration of protocols and decisions.
2) Legal support — verification of draft municipal legal acts for compliance with current legislation, legal examination of documents.
3) Documentation support — record keeping, control over the execution of orders and resolutions, archival storage of documents.
4) Information and analytical work - collection, processing and analysis of information from structural divisions and subordinate organizations.
5) Ensuring interaction — coordination of the work of permanent and temporary commissions, working groups, as well as interaction with state and local government bodies.
The Staff operates on the basis of Regulations approved in accordance with the established procedure and reports directly to the head of the Executive Committee.
