Today, an exhibition by the Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan and member of the Union of Artists of Russia Askhan Fatkhutdinov opens at the Historical and Local History Museum. Visitors will be presented with 44 works from the series "Pillars", "Amulets", "Horses in Windows", and others. The exhibition will be open until March 7.
Askhan Fatkhutdinov is a painter and sculptor. Easel painting and wooden sculpture are the main areas of Askhan Fatkhutdinov's work. An important part of his work is wood carving. He skillfully combines color images and paints within the wooden frame of the canvas. Many of his works are dedicated to the creative work of Gabdulla Tukay and Tatar folk tales.
