On April 28, from 08:10 to 10:50, the fifth anniversary tour of the legendary "Victory Train" — a mobile military-historical exhibition covering 3,000 km across the Volga and Ural regions to preserve the memory of the Soviet people's feat in the Great Patriotic War — will stop at the Naberezhnye Chelny railway station.
The train includes a festively decorated operational "Lebedyanka" steam locomotive in the style of May 1945, a locomotive crew in wartime uniforms, 11 flatcars with exclusive samples of military equipment and weapons from the Great Patriotic War, as well as "Immortal Regiment" carriages.
Event guests will be able to take pictures with rare exhibits, watch a festive concert, and participate in a historical reenactment of the meeting of soldiers returning from the front in 1945. Before Naberezhnye Chelny, the train has already visited the stations of Kinel, Pokhvistnevo, and Buguruslan, where it was met by thousands of residents, and after the Avtograd it will head to Svetloye Ozero.
