The "Dialog" Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance Center for Children and Youth has undergone a major renovation with the support of the republican budget. The entrance group has been repaired, finishing works completed, new doors installed, all engineering systems replaced, and furniture and equipment purchased. The city mayor Nail Magdeev was introduced to the changes at the "Dialog" center by its director Irina Lundovskikh. First of all, the mayor took an interest in the brochures created by the center's staff.

At the entrance, there is also an original panel that visitors can shape themselves. It changes daily; note that 4 to 6 teenagers visit here every day.

Pedagogical psychologists and methodologists work at "Dialog".  All specialists have higher specialized education and a qualification category. Each specialist leads a specific profile, preventive, and interdepartmental direction. There are currently nine staff members.

Today, there are modern, convenient, and comfortable spaces where specialists, using innovative technologies, can develop new types of psychological work for youth – trainings, board games, and quizzes. There is a separate relaxation room where one can restore their emotional state, and a set of modern and relevant computer-based psychodiagnostics has appeared, which helps to quickly identify issues, establish a hypothesis of the client's problem, and resolve it much faster.

The "Dialog" Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance Center for Children and Youth was created to ensure the provision of accessible and high-quality psychological assistance to children and youth aged 14 to 30(35), their parents (legal representatives); to prevent antisocial and destructive behavior among children and youth, and to support children and youth in difficult life situations.

After the renovation, the color scheme of the institution changed; the color of each office corresponds to its purpose: a blue office is for consultation, green for development and recovery, a yellow office is for specialists where they can think over a client's problem, process psychodiagnostics, and obtain results, and gray is for service premises.

For example, this is the recovery room.

Psychological assistance is provided free of charge for youth aged 14 to 35 and the families of mobilized citizens.

"Today, the main client is a young person between 14 and 23 years old. After monitoring our activities over the past five years, we identified an interesting trend – self-referrals among young people have increased, meaning they are seeking help from a psychologist without any hesitation. Young people understand that by turning to us, they will receive help quickly, effectively, and anonymously," said the center's director Irina Lundovskikh.

They also organized a parent club here, which the parents of teenagers can join completely free of charge. Here, one can talk to specialists and receive high-quality assistance and consultation. The center's working hours are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at 41/03, 19, last entrance, separate entrance from the Süyumbike Avenue side.
