An exhibition of rare, unusual, and unique plant species from around the world. The displays feature fruits, seeds, and inflorescences of flora native to mountainous regions, temperate forests, tropical jungles, steppes, and tundra. A specific section of the event is dedicated to giant and long-lived trees, which can rightfully be considered living fossils on Earth. Examples include Ginkgo biloba, Araucaria, Welwitschia, Metasequoia, and Dracaena. Crops that provide oils, food products, medicines, and technical materials are showcased separately.
