The main tasks of the Department are:
- implementation of measures to provide living quarters for citizens living in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and in need of better housing conditions in the social mortgage system in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan;
- implementation of measures to provide for citizens living in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny and those in need of better housing conditions, with living quarters in accordance with housing legislation, including as part of the implementation of federal and national programs.
