Municipal Autonomous Institution of Additional Education "Children's Music School No. 4" was opened in 1974. Today it is a true oasis of creativity and musical education, opening the world of harmony and inspiration to young hearts. Over its many years of existence, the school has become not just an educational institution, but a place where future musicians are formed, where every child finds their unique voice and path in art.
The heart of the school is its staff. An atmosphere of dedication to their work and mutual support reigns here. Nearly half of the teachers are true veterans who have devoted more than 40 years of their lives to the school. Their invaluable experience, deep knowledge and sincere love for music are passed down from generation to generation, creating unique continuity and stability. Over the years, the school has been led by outstanding directors, each of whom contributed to its development: Ildar Ismagilovich Abdrashitov, Leniza Kharisovna Bagautdinova (Galiakberova), Anatoly Sergeevich Sizov, Rafael Anvarovich Gayfullin and Nafisa Iskhakovna Akhmetshina. Today, the school is successfully led by Anna Igorevna Gavrilova, continuing glorious traditions and opening new horizons.
Music School No. 4 offers various opportunities for the development of young talents, covering six key areas:

The school's students are not only diligent in their studies, but also active participants in the musical life of the city and beyond. They successfully perform at regional and republican competitions and festivals, and have repeatedly won prizes at international and all-Russian venues. The school also actively conducts its own concert activities, regularly delighting audiences with performances by teachers and students on various city stages.
The main task of the teaching staff of Children's Music School No. 4 is to preserve the uniqueness of each child, help them reveal their creative potential and create favorable conditions for the comprehensive development of abilities.
