Chapter 1. General provisions

The Logistics and maintenance Sector of the building of the General Department of the Executive Committee of the Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Formation (hereinafter referred to as the Sector) was established to ensure the activities of the Executive Committee of the Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Formation (hereinafter referred to as the Executive Committee) It is a structural subdivision of the General Department of the Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the General Department).

In its activities, the sector is guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal legal acts, Regulations on the General Department, and these Regulations.

In its activities, the Sector reports directly to the Head of the General Department.

Chapter 2. Tasks and functions of the sector

4. The main tasks of the sector are:

maintenance and maintenance of the Executive Committee building in accordance with the requirements of labor protection legislation and fire safety regulations;

logistical support for the structural divisions of the Executive Committee.

The main functions of the sector are:

material and economic maintenance of the Executive Committee building, maintaining it in good condition, ensuring cleanliness in the premises and in the surrounding area;

rational use, accounting and ensuring proper economical use of the Executive Committee's material resources;

ensuring proper operation in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire protection of the Executive Committee building and its premises, monitoring the serviceability of equipment (elevators, lighting, heating, ventilation, etc.), organizing work on concluding maintenance contracts for the administrative building, elevators, wardrobe maintenance and cleaning of the premises, adjacent territory of the Executive Committee;

organization of work on compliance with labor protection legislation and fire safety rules by employees of the Executive Committee;

ensuring the security and access control of the administrative building of the Executive Committee;

organization of landscaping, landscaping, waste disposal and cleaning of the territory, decoration of the facade of the Executive Committee building, updating of signage, signage, printing products, flags;

ensuring timely repair of the building, engineering equipment and vehicles of the Executive Committee;

organization of work on providing motor transport services to the heads of the Executive Committee and providing the staff of the Executive Committee with a car on duty;

formation of a municipal order for the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services for the material and economic needs of the Executive Committee;

organization of work to prepare the building for autumn-winter and spring-summer operation;

receipt, storage of materials, as well as their inventory, accounting for their expenditure, preparation of established reports and reasonable write-off;

12) ensuring the necessary measures to comply with the requirements stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it;

13) enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 07/08/1992 No. 1560-XII "On the State languages of the Republic of Tatarstan and other languages in the Republic of Tatarstan".

6. The Sector performs other functions in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal legal acts.

Chapter 3. Rights of the Sector

7. In order to perform its functions, the Sector has the right, in accordance with the established procedure:

1) to request and receive, within its competence, from state authorities, local governments, sectoral (functional) and territorial bodies of the Executive Committee, and other organizations, documents, information necessary for the performance of its functions;

2) develop and submit proposals and information on issues within the competence of the Sector to the Head of the General Department.;

8. The Sector has other rights in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as municipal legal acts.

Chapter 4. Organization of the sector's activities.

9. The sector is headed by the head of the sector, who is appointed and dismissed from his position by order of the Executive Committee upon the appointment of the head of the General Department.

10. Head of the Sector:

plans the work of the Sector and is responsible for the timely performance of the functions of the sector;

ensures the fulfillment of tasks and functions assigned to the Sector;

signs documents and materials prepared on issues within the competence of the Sector;

prepares proposals to the head of the General Department on presenting employees of the Sector for encouragement and imposing disciplinary penalties on them;

submits proposals to the head of the General Department on the staffing of the Sector, on the selection and placement of personnel, retraining, and advanced training.

performs other functions in accordance with current legislation and municipal legal acts.

11. The Head of the Sector is directly subordinate to the Head of the General Department.

12. During the absence of the head of the sector, his duties are performed by the chief specialist of the sector.

13. Employees of the sector are appointed and dismissed from their positions by order of the Executive Committee on the recommendation of the head of the department.

14. The official duties of the sector's employees are contained in job descriptions approved by the Chief of Staff of the Executive Committee in consultation with the head of the Department.

Chapter 5. Responsibility

15. Employees of the Sector are responsible for:

1) non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the duties assigned to them in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal legal acts;

2) offenses committed in the course of their official activities within the limits defined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation;

3) causing material damage within the limits defined by the labor and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
