Earlier, repairs were planned in 134 apartment buildings for a total amount of 1 billion 254 million rubles.
"The figure has been increased from 134 because we applied for additional federal funding for elevator repairs. This request has been satisfied and the amount of the overhaul has been increased. An electronic auction was announced on January 29. The deadline for submitting applications is February 19. The preliminary date for concluding the contract is March 5. Therefore, in March this year, we can already begin our work on the overhaul of apartment buildings," he said.
"It is absolutely correct if we start these works in March. Unfortunately, the auction was delayed last year. Last year, we sent an appeal to the leadership of the republic. It was heard, so the auction documentation and everything that is necessary were formed early in order to carry out all the necessary procedures in the winter and spring period. There is a difference," commented Nail Magdeev, the mayor of the city. - We came out in July. Of course, this affects the quality. Our construction companies spent the first half of the day hanging around. I think that this year, thanks to the support of the Republican Housing and Communal Services Fund, we will correct this not very good practice."
