"The coronavirus pandemic is making adjustments to debt collection. In order to support tenants of land plots and municipal property , regulations have been adopted defining the procedure for granting deferral or exemption from rent," commented the head of the Land and Property Relations Department. He noted that currently 48 individual entrepreneurs and organizations have taken advantage of deferred rental payments for a total amount of 10.5 million rubles. This amount is due to be paid by January 1, 2023.
