Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chair of the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship Alfiya Kogogina visited the production site of an enterprise manufacturing special equipment with loader cranes.
"During the regional week, I always meet with representatives of the real sector of the economy and entrepreneurs. We discuss the current situation, issues arising in the small and medium-sized business segment, and the most effective government support measures from the entrepreneurs' point of view."
Today I met with the management of the "Commercial Trucks" Group at their production site. In the face of external sanctions pressure, the enterprise managed to hold its ground. Significant growth in productivity and revenue has been achieved, and the average salary at the enterprise has reached 120,000 rubles. This was made possible, among other things, thanks to anti-crisis business support measures implemented by the state and participation in the national project "Labor Productivity and Employment Support". The organization is successfully implementing the "Cultivation" program and introducing the 5S system – lean manufacturing. Due to budget funds, it was possible to build the corresponding processes. The enterprise also assesses support measures such as regulatory holidays, concessional loans, and the reduced social tax rate for SMEs very positively and suggests extending them. By the way, regulatory holidays have been extended until the end of 2023, and the halved social tax rate has been legally established as indefinite.
"It is very important for me to receive constant feedback on the implementation of state support measures for small businesses for further work both in parliament and within the framework of the federal project 'Entrepreneurship'," the deputy noted.
